Our deal pipeline across ANZ is growing, and we need another commercially sharp lawyer in our in-house team to help keep pace. You'll work closely with our sales and commercial leaders on deals from end to end - strategy, structure, drafting, negotiation and close, across everything from operational contracts to large strategic tenders. **What you'll do** + Lead sales and commercial deals from ideation through to execution. + Structure deals creatively to get them across the line without compromising risk. + Support buying groups, tenders and strategic customer agreements. + Cover commercial contracting and financial solutions, with scope to flex into property and transactional work. + Act as a genuine business partner - not an approval gate. **What you'll bring** + At least 2-3 years' in-house legal experience. + Background in a large listed company in a regulated industry - life sciences, tech, financial services, telco or aviation. + Working knowledge of privacy, competition and regulatory matters. + Trans-Tasman exposure a plus. **Why Stryker** + A global medical technology business with a strong presence across ANZ. + A legal team that's embedded in the business and trusted to shape commercial outcomes. + Hybrid working out of our St Leonards office. + Solid benefits, parental leave and genuine career progression.
